The PFA is seeking a regionally based coach developer to join their existing team of 15 throughout the professional game. This role requires regular travel to clubs predominantly along the M4 & M5 corridor and South Wales. The position is hybrid, allowing for remote/home working alongside required office attendance for team meetings and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the professional game, hold a UEFA A Licence or above, and preferably be a current FA Licenced UEFA C award tutor or above. This role is suited for an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of coach development in the UK, capable of inspiring and communicating advanced technical/tactical ideas to current and former professional players.
