The Regional Clinical Operations Manager leads clinical and operational performance across multiple PartnerCare sites in an assigned region and supports regional market growth through business-to-business and referral-partner development. The role leads and develops Clinical Operations Managers and site leaders, ensuring sites meet consistent clinical, quality, safety, and compliance standards. The manager reviews performance and financial results, develops improvement plans, and presents regional results to Operations leadership. The role also grows referral and business relationships, oversees quality and regulatory compliance, addresses escalated patient concerns, and coordinates supplies, equipment, technology, and facilities across sites. The position oversees multiple PartnerCare practice locations and requires regular travel between sites, with occasional overnight travel to peer markets or meetings. Work is divided among site visits, regional and administrative work, and partner meetings in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Clinic settings may be busy and noisy, and the role requires frequent communication with site leaders, providers, Operations leadership, and referral partners. Regular attendance is an essential job function. A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is required; equivalent work experience may be considered in combination with education. A master’s degree is preferred. At least five years of business management experience is required; healthcare experience, particularly in pain management, and multi-site management experience are preferred.
