Elevate is seeking a Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead revenue, market share, and profit growth for a regional territory for Elevate and Genflex. The RBM will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, goals, and incentives to foster a strong sales force, which may consist of independent representatives or Territory Sales Managers. This role involves close collaboration with senior sales leadership, Regional Account Managers, and Strategic Account Managers to achieve annual revenue, square foot, and contribution margin goals. The RBM will work with sales representatives to integrate company strategic initiatives, assess local sales channels by monitoring contractors, services, pricing, competitors, and market positioning, and assist in developing business plans for each territory. Ensuring sales representatives have the necessary resources, skills, and training is crucial. The RBM will also participate in management meetings, conduct regional sales meetings, actively assist in closing large jobs, and converting large customers. Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) for project tracking and forecasting is essential.
