Elevate is seeking a Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead revenue, market share, and profit growth for a regional territory for Elevate and Genflex. The RBM will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, goals, and incentives to foster a strong sales force. This role will cover the Southwest region, including California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico, promoting Elevate’s low-slope roofing product line. The RBM will collaborate with various sales leadership and personnel to achieve annual revenue, square foot, and contribution margin goals. Key responsibilities include assessing local sales channels, providing sales call assistance, developing business plans for territories, ensuring sales representatives have necessary resources and training, participating in management meetings, and actively contributing to the closure of large jobs and conversion of large customers. The use of Salesforce (CRM) is critical for tracking projects and forecasting.
