As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting market Business Developers within a designated Region. This role will collaborate closely with sales, public relations, and branch management to align strategies and achieve organizational sales goals. Identify opportunities to enhance market footprint and expand our presence through strategic initiatives and effective execution. This role is all about adhering to processes such as CRM software management, bid proposal generation, sales reporting, forecasts, market research, and robust forward looking strategic sales planning. This role will require the ability to mentor and cultivate sales team members, strong sales forecasting, and development of sales and marketing plans that will deliver greater market penetration and revenue growth.
