About The Position

At EPIARX Diagnostics, we help families, attorneys, healthcare professionals, and communities obtain answers during some of life's most difficult moments. We are a growing private pathology practice specializing in independent autopsy and pathology services. Our work provides clarity, truth, documentation, and peace of mind when unanswered questions matter most. As we continue to expand across the Mid-Atlantic region, we are seeking a high-performing Regional Business Development Manager to build and strengthen the referral partnerships that drive our growth. This is not a transactional sales role. This is a relationship-building role for someone who understands how trust is earned, maintained, and converted into long-term professional partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business development, partnership development, account management, provider relations, or relationship-based sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline activity.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the DMV and Mid-Atlantic region.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing referral relationships throughout the DMV and Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Identifying and developing new referral partnerships.
  • Strengthening existing referral relationships.
  • Conducting in-person meetings and networking activities.
  • Representing EPIARX at industry events and conferences.
  • Managing and improving CRM data integrity.
  • Building and maintaining an active referral pipeline.
  • Tracking partnership activity and outcomes.
  • Collaborating with leadership on growth initiatives.
  • Creating visibility into business development performance and opportunities.
