About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in their welcoming outpatient centers. This role offers an opportunity to grow skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7 am-7 pm. This is a regional position requiring travel to cover Ashburn and Fairfax centers as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Travel to all centers throughout the region.
  • Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites as operational needs dictate is a mandatory requirement.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field.
  • At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
  • Meticulously monitor patient responses.
  • Administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
  • Proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Deliver empathetic and supportive care.
  • Maintain accurate EHR.
  • Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
  • Travel to all centers throughout the region.
  • Provide essential coverage to centers on short notice.
