About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in their welcoming outpatient centers. This is an opportunity to grow skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. The role is full-time, Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts varying between 7 am-7 pm. This position requires consistent availability during those hours and will involve floating between St. Louis area centers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience preferably in patient or customer facing roles.
• Stable and consistent work history.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
• Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field
• At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines
• Meticulously monitor patient responses
• Administer and record psychiatric rating scales
• Proactively address patient discomfort
• Deliver empathetic and supportive care
• Maintain accurate EHR
• Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures
• Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed
