Regional Assistant Maintenance Manager
About The Position
C&W Services is seeking a Regional Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple local sites, including Santa Ana, Santa Fe Springs, and Anaheim, California. The role bridges upper management and clients while supporting the smooth operation of large distribution facilities. It offers potential career advancement to roles such as Maintenance Manager, Senior Maintenance Manager, Regional Maintenance Manager, Reliability Program Manager, and Building Wellness Manager. The position involves visiting one site each day, leading team briefings, managing preventive and corrective work orders, conducting facility walkthroughs, ensuring safety compliance, analyzing maintenance performance data, and supporting the development and performance of maintenance technicians. The schedule is onsite Monday through Friday, with engagement across both shifts and 24/7 on-call availability required.
Requirements
- A four-year degree or five years of leadership experience in maintenance.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing maintenance teams and programs.
- Experience overseeing multiple sites.
- Must be available for 24/7 on-call duty.

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple locations to ensure maintenance standards and operational efficiency.
- Lead morning team meetings to discuss priorities, safety updates, and outstanding issues from previous shifts.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate preventive and corrective maintenance work orders based on technician skills and availability.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and cleanliness concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including safety training, audits, and inspections.
- Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics, generate reports, and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
- Guide and support maintenance technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and lead training and development initiatives.
- Visit one site each day and engage with both shifts.
