Regional Assistant Maintenance Manager
About The Position
C&W Services is seeking a Regional Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee multiple sites in Santa Ana, Santa Fe Springs, and Anaheim, California, supporting the smooth operation of a large distribution center. The role oversees maintenance standards and operational efficiency across locations and serves as a bridge between upper management and clients. Exceptional performance may lead to advancement into maintenance, regional maintenance, reliability, or building wellness leadership roles. The position is onsite Monday through Friday, with one site visit per day. The manager must engage with both shifts and be available on call 24/7. The role includes coordinating maintenance work, inspecting facilities, supporting safety compliance, analyzing performance data, and leading maintenance technicians.
Requirements
- A four-year degree or five years of leadership experience in maintenance.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing maintenance teams and programs.
- Multi-site experience.

- Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple locations to ensure maintenance standards and operational efficiency.
- Lead team briefings to discuss priorities, safety updates, and outstanding issues from previous shifts.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate preventive and corrective maintenance work orders based on technician skills and availability.
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to identify and address maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and cleanliness concerns.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, including overseeing safety training, audits, and inspections.
- Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics, generate reports, and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
- Guide and support maintenance technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and lead training and development initiatives.
- Engage with both shifts and remain available on call 24/7.
