Regional Area Maintenance Manager
About The Position
C&W Services is seeking a maintenance leader to oversee multiple local sites, including locations in Staten Island, New York, and Bayonne, New Jersey, supporting the smooth operation of a major distribution center. The role connects upper management with clients and offers potential career advancement into maintenance, reliability, and building wellness leadership positions. The manager oversees site maintenance and operational efficiency, coordinates daily priorities and safety updates, manages preventive and corrective work orders, inspects facilities, ensures safety compliance, analyzes maintenance performance data, and leads maintenance technicians through guidance, evaluations, and training. The schedule depends on site needs and requires flexibility for on-call duties across multiple sites.
Requirements
- A four-year degree or five years of leadership experience in maintenance.
- At least three years of experience in a leadership role managing maintenance teams and programs.
- Multi-site experience.
- Flexibility for on-call duties across multiple sites.

- Experience with robotic maintenance management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple sites to maintain high standards of maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Lead morning team briefings to review priorities, safety updates, and outstanding issues from previous shifts.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate preventive and corrective maintenance work orders based on technician skills and availability.
- Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify and address maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and cleanliness concerns.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, including overseeing safety training, audits, and inspections.
- Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics, generate reports, and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
- Guide and support maintenance technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and lead training and development initiatives.
