About The Position

The Regional Analyst plays a key role in enabling regional business performance through data analysis, reporting, and operational insights. This role partners closely with regional leadership, supply chain, sales operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to support planning, forecasting, and execution activities. The position offers exposure to regional strategy, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced medical device environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant analytical or business experience (internship or co-op experience included)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of data visualization or reporting tools
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and communicate findings effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • English (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced coursework or certification in analytics, data management, or business operations
  • Experience supporting regional, commercial, or supply chain operations
  • Exposure to forecasting, planning, or performance management processes
  • Experience with ERP systems or business intelligence platforms
  • Knowledge of healthcare, medical device, or regulated industry environments
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, basic automation)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Analyze regional performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business results.
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support regional decision-making.
  • Support regional planning, forecasting, and operational review processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, sales operations, finance) to align data and insights.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support regional initiatives, projects, and leadership requests.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across regional reporting tools and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of data-driven solutions.
  • Prepare clear, concise summaries and presentations for regional stakeholders and leadership.
