Requirements

  • Leadership Experience – Proven success leading teams, developing leaders, and driving performance in a supervisory or management role.
  • Customer-Focused Leadership – A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences while building long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Mindset – Ability to develop and execute plans, manage performance, and align operational activities with business objectives.
  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Business & Financial Acumen – Ability to manage budgets, analyze operational performance, and make sound business decisions that drive results.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Coach Leaders – Mentor and support Service Managers and Parts Managers, helping them achieve performance goals while fostering professional growth and development.
  • Drive Strategic Performance – Lead the execution of regional aftermarket strategies, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure achievement of established operational and financial goals.
  • Champion Customer Success – Develop and maintain processes that enhance the customer experience, strengthen relationships, and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
  • Manage Financial Results – Develop annual budgets, establish benchmarks, and oversee the effective allocation of resources to support long-term business success.
  • Build Engaged Teams – Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement across all locations within the region.
  • Partner Across the Business – Collaborate with branch leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of company initiatives and operational excellence.
