The Regional Admission Recruiter builds market position for Samuel Merritt University (SMU) by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business, organizational, and university relationships that lead to increased new student inquiries and interest in SMU degree and certificate programs. This role is responsible for building a stronger image and brand, growing program revenue streams, and contributing to SMU’s overall success. The recruiter will collaborate closely with Admissions, Marketing, Alumni Relations, Faculty, and the Dean’s Office to ensure strategic coordination of all efforts, developing and maintaining strategic, long-term partnerships with corporations, educational institutions, and community organizations.
