About The Position

The Regional Administrative Manager is responsible for managing administrative functions across a designated region, supporting business operations, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently implemented.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of administrative, operations, or office management experience.
  • 2–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Budgeting and financial management knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency with office software such as: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing multiple locations or regional operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations for multiple offices or facilities within the region.
  • Manage and supervise administrative teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation for regional administrative activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate communication between regional offices and corporate headquarters.
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support regional leadership with strategic planning and operational initiatives.
  • Resolve administrative issues and ensure consistent service delivery across locations.
