About The Position

Athena Medical Management is seeking an Administrative Regional Manager to join their rapidly growing team. Athena manages 18 Women’s Imaging Specialists locations across Georgia and Alabama, focusing on 3D breast imaging and diagnostic ultrasound services. This role is crucial for a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, professional growth, and outstanding patient care. The Administrative Regional Manager will work in a dual-leadership model alongside a Clinical Regional Manager, leading multiple facilities to ensure a seamless integration of front-office administration and clinical excellence. This collaborative approach fosters shared accountability and a unified culture.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a healthcare or imaging environment.
A proven track record of motivating multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with EMR/PACS systems.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to foster collaboration between clinical and non-clinical staff.
A willingness to travel regularly (approx. 50%) between assigned regional locations.

Responsibilities

Lead daily administrative operations at assigned sites, ensuring every facility meets its clinical and operational objectives.
Conduct weekly site visits and monthly performance assessments to refine workflows, reduce delays, and enhance the patient experience.
Maintain site dashboards to track and report on exam volume, no-show rates, charge captures, and growth targets.
Partner with HR and Compliance to lead training and performance management for front-office staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
Facilitate regular regional meetings to align administrative and clinical goals, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
Oversee inventory, audit charge captures, and coordinate with billing and revenue cycle teams to ensure administrative accuracy.
