At FRONTSTEPS, we are looking for a metrics-driven Regional Account Executive to command and expand our presence in designated mid-market territories. This is a role designed for a consultative hunter—someone who can confidently balance the execution of cold outbound plays with the sophisticated management of strategic partner channels and high-potential existing client books. You will own the sales lifecycle from initial prospecting through the transition to contract signing. While our dedicated Operations Team takes over the heavy lifting of technical onboarding and implementation, your deep customer rapport doesn’t vanish at the dotted line. You will remain the trusted strategic advisor for your accounts, maintaining the executive relationships that ensure a premium customer experience and unlock long-term territory growth. We offer an exceptionally rewarding 50/50 split commission structure with an uncapped earning potential designed to heavily reward reps who hit and exceed their numbers.
