Regional Account Director, Radiology AI

a2z Radiology AI
$130,000 - $160,000Remote

About The Position

a2z Radiology AI is building clinical AI that reads alongside radiologists. Our abdomen-pelvis CT triage device is FDA-cleared, and it's the first commercial system to simultaneously triage seven urgent conditions on abdomen-pelvis CT in the U.S. Backed by Khosla Ventures. We are hiring a Regional Account Director to own enterprise radiology-AI sales from territory strategy through signed agreement. This is not an SDR seat and it is not a handoff role. You create access, run discovery, build the account-specific case for change, coordinate the clinical and technical win, navigate procurement and contracting, and own the close.

  • Skill in holding credible conversations with diverse stakeholders including radiology chairs, PACS administrators, CIOs, and procurement.
  • Experience displacing incumbents by making a superior case for change.
  • Honest forecasting based on defined decision processes, economic buyers, and actionable next steps.
  • Ability to sell technical and clinical evidence precisely and involve experts appropriately.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • An existing network across radiology and health-system leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own a U.S. territory, including health systems, IDNs, radiology groups, teleradiology companies, and outpatient imaging operators, selected deliberately rather than worked as an undifferentiated list.
  • Manage the full enterprise sale cycle: prospecting, discovery, stakeholder mapping, clinical and economic value proposition, demonstrations, technical validation, security review, procurement, contracting, forecasting, and closing.
  • Handle competitive replacements and platform consolidation by identifying credible entry points, understanding switching costs, proving the value of change, and building executable implementation paths.
  • Lead the account team, coordinating with founders, radiologists, engineers, and legal counsel to achieve outcomes while maintaining accountability for momentum and closure.
  • Maintain accurate commercial data in the CRM, including stages, next steps, decision criteria, close dates, and risks, based on buyer evidence rather than seller assumptions.
