The Regional Account Director (RAD), Oncology is focused on driving key account strategy and unlocking growth opportunities for Bayer's Oncology product portfolio in their area’s Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), hospitals, and large, complex community oncology and urology accounts. The RAD will identify key customer issues & opportunities, build account plans and execute those plans via a coordinated cross-functional approach. The RAD will lead the cross-functional team’s design and execution of key account strategy while addressing clinical, operational, and financial opportunities and barriers. The goal is to be perceived as a partner of choice by our customers. The span of coverage includes the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington D.C. Ideally, this person is located near a major airport. Up to 50% of travel within the territory is required.
