Region Sales Manager – Kroger
About The Position
Clorox is seeking a Region Sales Manager to partner with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to develop and execute business plans. This role involves fostering strong customer relationships, enhancing online experiences, transforming data into insights, and ensuring outstanding in-store execution. The position will focus on the Kroger account, specifically managing the Litter & Brita businesses, and will drive growth through sales, omni-channel, and retail experiences. Requirements
- 5+ years of professional background
- 3 years of CPG experience
- Strong analytical acumen, including use of excel, PowerBI and AI-based tools to unlock actionable insights
- Intellectual curiosity to seek the why and how beyond the WHAT
- Customer facing experience
- Proficient on key Clorox/Sales analytical tools
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Power BI
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience concisely
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Consultative/Solution selling
- Category Business Planning and Insights

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans that meet/exceed sales, profit, share, and trade efficiency targets for assigned businesses.
- Lead and direct all activities to meet HH pen, conversion & sales targets, while mining insights into action.
- Help develop and execute assortment strategy in-store and online – works directly with Clorox sales planning and Kroger buying teams to align on targets and approach.
- Leverage 84.51 & Circana data to support strategy and maintain strong alignment with Kroger Category Manager on direction of key categories/segments.
- End-to-end P&L ownership of the Litter & Brita business.
- Manage relationship and planning with internal & external stakeholders for both businesses.
- Mining data and insights to develop strong selling strategies & strategic customer influence.
