About The Position

Sanford Health is seeking a Referral Specialist for the Roger Maris Cancer Center. The role provides administrative support and coordinates activities for specific teams. Duties may include answering telephone calls, taking messages, and responding to routine questions. The position works 8-hour day shifts and is scheduled for 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Applicable experience preferred.
• Based on facility needs, may require a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, presentations, billing, reimbursement, or monthly reports.
• Maintain the department vacation schedule and manage schedules.
• Order and dispense supplies.
• Perform payroll functions, such as maintaining timekeeping information and processing and submitting information to payroll.
• Maintain master copies of company policy and procedure manuals and keep them up to date.
• Answer telephone calls, take messages, and answer routine questions.
