About The Position

The Referral Coordinator ensures that all referral documentation is complete, compliant with regulatory standards, and entered accurately into tracking systems. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare or social services environment, preferably in referral coordination or patient services.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and referral management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
