This position is Remote but requires in-person training for the first 30 days (candidates must be local to San Antonio, TX- Live Oak) and occasional in-office presence as needed or at the supervisor's discretion. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required
Basic office and customer service skills
Verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with others
Full Time Availability required
Local to San Antonio TX, and able to attend the 30 days in person training
Previous experience in a similar role required (Medical front desk, Medical admin)

Responsibilities

Operate as first point of contact for the company in a role that is call center-adjacent and includes managing incoming call phone queue.
Manage a high volume of incoming referrals and handle consecutive calls efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Schedule patient appointments accurately and promptly.
Perform data entry with precision.
Communicate with patients and physicians over the phone to address inquiries and needs.
Collaborate with various team members at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists to ensure patient and customer requests are addressed effectively and in a timely manner.
