About The Position

The Henry & Rilla White Youth Foundation, a non-profit human services organization, is seeking a Referral Coordinator / Corporate Administrative Assistant to work in the Tallahassee, FL area. This role is primarily completed in office, but some work from home options may be available a couple of days a week once proven.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Two years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems, primarily excel templates
  • Ability to work independently with forward thinking
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Multitasking: Managing calendars, answering phones, and processing documents simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for drafting reports, emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Organization: Maintaining records, filing systems, and data entry

Responsibilities

  • Manage referrals received by the Department of Juvenile Justice
  • Assign referrals to the appropriate clinicians based on area and availability
  • Update internal tracking reports
  • Monitor progress of referrals
  • Provide status updates as requested by referring partner
  • Manage referral booking in Department information platform
  • Assist in claims research projects
  • CEO and Controller will assign other various projects as needed
