The Reentry Case Manager, working within The Salvation Army's Pathway Forward Program, is responsible for carrying an assigned caseload of residents in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons (B.O.P.) or the United States Probation and Pretrial Office. This role provides comprehensive case management services aimed at enhancing residents' competencies for successful community transition. The Case Manager works with each resident to promote a productive lifestyle, reduce recidivism risk, and address factors impacting criminality and reentry. Key duties include overseeing resident progress through the re-entry program from intake to release, ensuring case files are organized, up-to-date, and accurate, and contributing to a rehabilitative environment at the re-entry center.
