About The Position

In a context of sustained growth, we are expanding our Human Resources team and looking to welcome a fifth member on a full‑time, permanent basis. We are seeking a Junior Recruiter whose role will be 100% dedicated to recruitment primarily in support of our production and installation teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from talent attraction to onboarding, working closely with hiring managers to meet operational staffing needs within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role, ideally in a high‑volume or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment files simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Comfortable using HR systems or ATS platforms (experience with ADP Workforce Now is an asset).
  • Basic understanding of Canadian employment standards; willingness to learn and grow.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required to collaborate with internal stakeholders across Canada and the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting through to offer issuance.
  • Recruit primarily for production and installation teams.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Track applications and recruitment metrics (ATS, reports).
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and the continuous improvement of hiring processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
