Requirements

  • Ability to show proof that they are legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned recruiter(s)
  • Execute tasks and shifting priorities with flexibility and responsiveness
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and placement records
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing and submitting placements to THPs and internal teams
  • Assist with document collection, compliance tracking, and data entry
  • Identify administrative inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate interviews, schedules, and candidate logistics
  • Support candidate communication, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Deliver a positive, professional experience for candidates and contractors
  • Assist with engagement initiatives such as milestone recognition and outreach
  • Support overall organization and workflow of the recruiter’s desk
  • Assist with task prioritization and workload management
  • Monitor contractor activity to support retention and redeployment efforts
  • Track contract end dates and assist with extension processes and follow-ups
  • Provide desk coverage during recruiter absences
  • Manage incoming communications and ensure timely response or escalation
  • Maintain continuity of candidate support, extensions, and ongoing processes
  • Ensure no disruption to recruiter workflow, placements, or candidate experience
