The Freelance Recruitment Specialist is primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment and hiring of qualified global candidates to fill the specialized manpower requirements of our Boutique clients. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for hard-to-fill, niche positions while ensuring that standard recruitment and selection processes are observed consistently. This role sits within Magic's Boutique team, which handles specialized client requirements that the standard Classic recruitment funnel can't accommodate. Every role outside the core anchor positions is treated as niche — from SEO specialists and Google Ads managers to supply chain coordinators and U.S. Tax Specialists. The active applicant pool for these roles is almost always small, which means genuine sourcing work is a constant, not an occasional task. You'll be on a day shift (9 AM–6 PM PHT, with flexible start options at 7 or 8 AM), reporting directly to Assistant Rec Ops Manager. Your first 30 days are fully dedicated to onboarding — shadowing, learning the process, and completing your Revalida before going live on independent reqs. KPI expectations begin at Day 60. Sustained performance at 90 days puts you on track for absorption as a probationary employee.
