About The Position

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the entire recruiting journey from start to finish. Each day, you will post open positions and connect with applicants, screening and interviewing candidates to identify top talent. You will collaborate closely with department managers to support the hiring process and ensure timely decisions. Throughout the process, you will coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks and offer letters, and facilitate a smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Must have the ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening

Nice To Haves

  • Some college coursework in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
