About The Position

The Talent & Recruitment Specialist will manage sourcing, interviewing and pre-employment processes to ensure the hiring of qualified employees to meet the company's current and future needs. Primary functions include supporting the human resource department in recruitment, screening of applicants for a variety of departments, maintaining the ATS database, marketing via social media and managing files and reports. This role requires a collaborative working relationship with all necessary departments in the performance of its operations.
