About The Position

MGM Resorts International is seeking a strategic and proactive Recruitment Sourcer to build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill and niche roles across the organization. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent for immediate openings and long-term workforce planning. The Sourcer partners closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, provides market intelligence through talent mapping, and helps the organization stay competitive and ahead of hiring trends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media, and niche platforms.
• Experience using ATS systems such as Workday.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or similar platforms.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify and engage high-caliber talent.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to uncover new talent pools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and strong partnership skills across recruiting and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, source, and engage candidates for challenging, hard-to-fill, and specialized roles across multiple departments.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for medium- to high-priority positions.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to assess industry trends, competitive landscapes, and key talent pools.
• Partner with Recruiters to align on job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Perform initial candidate outreach, screening, and assessments to evaluate alignment with role requirements.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by sharing insights into role expectations and company culture.
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data within CRM and ATS systems.
• Use LinkedIn, niche job boards, talent communities, and networking events to build long-term relationships.
• Stay informed about emerging sourcing tools, trends, and best practices to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Support additional recruiting-related initiatives as needed.
