Talent Acquisition Sourcer

TTM Technologies•Remote - Wisconsin, WI

About The Position

TTM Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer focused on professional, salaried searches across North America. This is a specialized sourcing role, not a generalist recruiting or hourly/skilled-trades sourcing position. The sourcer owns the front end of searches, including market mapping, pipeline development, candidate outreach, and qualification; recruiters and hiring managers manage later-stage recruiting. Searches may span engineering, operations leadership, quality, supply chain, finance, IT, commercial, program management, and other exempt functions, from individual-contributor specialists through manager and director-level roles. The role works with recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to clarify role criteria and search strategy; identify passive and semi-passive talent; conduct professional, personalized outreach; and assess candidates against intake requirements. The sourcer maintains evergreen pipelines, tracks activity and outcomes in the ATS/CRM, reports on pipeline health, and shares market intelligence with Talent Acquisition and the business. The role also supports diversity hiring goals and follows documentation and record-keeping standards. The sourcer does not close offers or run the full recruiting process. Success means delivering qualified candidates quickly, providing recruiters with documented handoffs, building pipelines ahead of urgent needs, and improving sourcing conversion metrics over time. The position must comply with TTM export-control policies and applicable laws, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of talent-sourcing experience, with most of that experience focused on professional or salaried roles rather than primarily hourly, volume, or skilled-trades sourcing.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates for exempt roles using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers from intake through candidate handoff.
  • Working knowledge of Workday and disciplined candidate tracking/CRM practices.
  • Strong written outreach skills and the ability to get busy professionals to respond.
  • Ability to manage multiple professional searches simultaneously and report pipeline status independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent sourcing experience.
  • Experience sourcing professionals in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace/defense, electronics, or other complex operations environments.
  • Experience sourcing engineering, supply chain, operations, finance, IT, or commercial candidates.
  • Familiarity with compensation bands, leveling, and market mapping for salaried roles.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or regional hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Source professional and salaried roles across TTM, from individual-contributor specialists through manager- and director-level searches.
  • Partner with recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers in intake meetings to clarify requirements, market conditions, and search strategy.
  • Build role-specific talent maps covering target companies, competitor organizations, adjacent industries, relevant titles, and similar candidate profiles.
  • Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM data, professional associations, alumni networks, referrals, and other channels to identify passive and semi-passive candidates.
  • Conduct personalized, professional, and consistent outreach that protects TTM’s employment brand.
  • Pre-screen candidates against intake criteria, including experience, scope, compensation expectations, location or hybrid constraints, and motivation; provide qualified candidates to recruiters with clear notes.
  • Build and maintain evergreen pipelines for recurring professional hiring needs.
  • Track sourcing status, outreach, responses, screens, and handoffs in the ATS/CRM.
  • Report weekly on pipeline health, including candidates sourced, contacted, responded, screened, submitted, interviewed, offered, and hired.
  • Share market intelligence with Talent Acquisition and the business, including compensation pressure, title mismatches, scarce skill sets, and competing demand.
  • Support diversity hiring goals by expanding searches beyond obvious companies and titles.
  • Follow Talent Acquisition process, documentation, and record-keeping standards.
  • Comply with TTM export-control policies and applicable laws, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements.
