About The Position

The Recruitment Manager will lead outreach and engagement efforts to promote enrollment in the Arts, Wellness, and Academics Summer Camp. This role is highly community-facing and requires a proactive, relationship-driven individual who can connect with families, represent the program at local events, and build strong partnerships throughout Florida City. The Recruitment Manager will serve as a key liaison between the community and the program team, ensuring consistent communication and measurable recruitment progress.

Requirements

• Experience in community outreach, recruitment, or public engagement preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations.
• Knowledge of the Florida City community and existing networks is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet recruitment targets.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend community events.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively engage in community events to promote the summer camp and increase visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and community leaders to support recruitment efforts.
• Network within Florida City to identify opportunities for outreach and partnership development.
• Distribute promotional materials, including flyers and informational packets, in targeted areas and events.
• Maintain a regular presence at the Youth Activity Center to provide information, answer questions, and assist families with registration.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable representative of the camp, clearly communicating program benefits and details.
• Track outreach activities, leads, and enrollment progress to ensure recruitment goals are met.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the FLIPANY team regarding outreach efforts, challenges, and successes.
• Collaborate with the FLIPANY team to refine recruitment strategies and improve community engagement.
