Recruitment Manager
About The Position
Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead and guide the recruitment team and drive overall new membership growth. This motivated manager will collaborate with the Director of Member Growth & Engagement to develop and assess comprehensive 18-month plans for the recruitment of new girls and volunteers. The role involves partnering with other operational and organizational functions to support the organization's mission, goals, and strategic priorities. The position is primarily remote, but the hired individual will be required to work from and travel within the council's jurisdiction. All employees must have access to secure, reliable internet.
