About The Position

Core Group Resources is a workforce solutions company delivering compliance-driven staffing and offshore operations support across multiple locations, including Trinidad and Tobago. We're looking for people who care about doing right by the candidates and contractors we work with every day. We're hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is the connective tissue between our Recruiters, Account Managers, and hiring managers — keeping candidates moving smoothly through the pipeline from initial scheduling through offer, onboarding, and their first day on the job. You'll also serve as the main point of contact for contractors once they've been offered a position, so a strong customer service mindset is essential. Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of relevant recruiting or administrative coordination experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment software preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between candidates, recruiters, the onboarding team, and Account Managers throughout the onboarding and job-start process
• Coordinate candidate documentation, including background checks, drug screening authorizations, offer letters, new-hire paperwork, and credentials
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors once employment is offered, providing responsive, professional customer service
• Coordinate and confirm interview logistics — calendar invites, locations, and video links
• Enter and maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in Bullhorn
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline status) and prepare reports as needed
• Follow up with candidates and Account Managers to keep feedback and communication moving
• Support the overall onboarding-to-placement process
