About The Position

The College of Architecture and Design seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to develop and implement strategies that recruit undergraduate and graduate students to the College and support enrollment, retention, and graduation goals for all of its degree programs. This position leads on- and off-campus recruitment efforts, fosters relationships with prospective students and families, and collaborates with college and university partners to strengthen awareness of the College and its academic programs. The Recruitment Coordinator will develop recruitment pipelines through partnerships with high schools, universities and colleges, community organizations, alumni, and programs that serve graduate school- and college-bound students from a variety of backgrounds and communities. The position curates, analyzes and uses quantitative and qualitative data to identify effective recruitment locations, audiences, and methods and to refine outreach efforts over time.
