About The Position

The role of the Recruiting Coordinator is to support recruitment efforts for full time, temporary staffing as well as the Christie's Internship Program in partnership with the Christie’s Recruitment Manager. This is a fixed-term contract position ending on December 31st, 2026.

Requirements

  • A minimum of at least one year previous work experience
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of E-mail, Spreadsheet, Word Processing and Presentation software (Microsoft Office preferred).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday Recruiting a plus
  • Superior client service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Communications preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Recruitment in full cycle recruitment of permanent, temporary & internship positions.
  • Provide exceptional client service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and external agencies for scheduling interviews via HireVue, In-person and virtually.
  • Reviewing resumes
  • Posting jobs on company website
  • Posting on external job boards
  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Facilitate interview feedback collection and distribution while maintaining discretion
  • Manage candidate communications, confirmations with interviewers and interviewees, etc
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day to day issues that may arise during the recruitment process (i.e rescheduling)
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team
  • Assist with Informational Sessions
  • Assist with responding to speculative recruitment inquiries and employee referral interviews, tracking, and follow-up
  • Work on HR projects as assigned
