The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all staff recruitment activities. This role serves as a primary contact for applicants seeking employment positions and is responsible for achieving department goals and metrics for assigned functional areas. The position involves implementing recommendations for updating workflows and policies, and serving as a subject matter expert. The coordinator will facilitate community tours with prospective candidates, ensure the accuracy of all records and the integrity of employee data in the recruitment database, and conduct audits and analysis of ad-hoc reports. This role supports the recruitment process by following up on interview logistics, conducting reference checks, coordinating searches and screenings, and assisting with scheduling interviews. Additionally, the Recruitment Coordinator assists with prospective candidates' housing searches, spouse job leads, and school and childcare arrangements. They ensure all staff positions are posted and updated on various sources, make job offers, coordinate new hire appointments, and assist with on-boarding. The role also processes employee intents to transfer, coordinates and participates in job fairs, and supports the scheduling and coordination of new provider orientation and pre-employment physicals. The position involves assisting with Federal and State loan repayment options, coordinating locum tenens orientation and non-employee processes, verifying timesheets, tracking monthly locum expenses, and processing employment visas, including J1 Waivers, H1-B, Perm Processing, Department of Labor Requirements, and USCIS rules and regulations. The Recruitment Coordinator also assists with residency programs, medical/dental schools, FNP/PA training programs, and other external pipeline programs. They register and coordinate travel for job fairs and training program visits, attend these events as needed, and coordinate the placement of student rotations and externs. The role assists with contracts for training programs and schools, arranges preceptors, and develops/maintains a tracking process for student contact information, screening students for future employment. Finally, the position supports the non-employee process, the annual Provider Appreciation Dinner, and manages office supplies for the Main Street and Corporate offices, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining office equipment. Clerical duties for the Executive Leadership team may also be assigned.
