About The Position

EOS IT Solutions is a Global Technology and Logistics company that provides collaboration and business IT support services to industry leaders. We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the HR Director. This role is pivotal in onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive transition into their roles.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and regions.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and motivated to contribute to team success.
  • Available to travel for hiring events across the US (at least one per quarter).
  • Availability to travel internationally as required.

Nice To Haves

  • International recruitment experience is advantageous.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
  • Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Accurately track and manage onboarding responsibilities to completion.
  • Ensure data accuracy for new hires.
  • Initiate and review background checks promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the onboarding process, aligning with client requirements and statements of work (SOW).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Conduct new hire orientations partnering with the HR Team.
  • Understand the company and HR policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition into EOS.
