Vanderbilt is the lead institution for a research consortium that includes Yale University, the University of Lausanne, and the Italian Institute of Technology in Genoa – each of which will be responsible for recruitment at their site. This position not only involves the recruitment activities but also offers a unique opportunity for extensive networking across these institutions. Reporting directly to the consortium PI, the Recruitment Coordinator is a full-time position collaborating with the Vanderbilt team on a daily basis to achieve efficient and seamless lab functioning and ensure successful research participant experiences. This position also provides general administrative and operational support to the research lab staff. The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, scheduling, and hosting of research participants for this large project and serves as a primary point of contact between research participants and their families and the project team. The Recruitment Coordinator will work within the University financial and reporting systems to meet administrative needs of the lab and the Principal Investigator. The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for collecting and organizing parent and teacher data and will provide occasional support to other members of the research team.
