About The Position

Build the Process Behind a High-Performing Recruiting Team. As we continue to grow, we need someone who can bring structure, consistency, and accountability to our recruiting process. You'll work closely with leadership and recruiters to manage search workflows, optimize technology platforms, and ensure projects move efficiently from launch to completion. We're looking for a highly organized, process-driven Recruitment Coordinator to help build the infrastructure that supports our expanding recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone who understands recruiting operations, enjoys creating systems, and thrives behind the scenes helping recruiters perform at their highest level.

Requirements

  • Recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or search coordination experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (PCRecruiter is a plus), LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, or recruiting databases
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong technology aptitude and process mindset
  • Ability to influence and hold teams accountable without direct authority
  • Able to work from our office in Solon, OH.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive search projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, candidates, and recruiters.
  • Manage recruiting operations and workflows, including candidate pipelines, timelines, reporting, and CRM data integrity.
  • Leverage recruiting technology and systems to support search execution, process efficiency, and best practices.
  • Develop and improve processes, creating standard operating procedures and driving operational excellence across the team.
  • Serve as a key resource to recruiters, providing project management support, system training, and onboarding assistance.
