The West Virginia University Benjamin M. Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources is seeking a (Hybrid) Recruitment and Advising Specialist to drive enrollment growth and student support for the College’s online degree programs. The (Hybrid) Recruitment and Advising Specialist supports the continued growth and student success of the Statler College of Engineering’s online programs through a blended role combining strategic enrollment outreach and high-touch academic advising support. This position serves as a primary contact for prospective and newly admitted online students while assisting with retention-focused advising engagement throughout early program progression. Working in collaboration with the Director of Online Programs, this position contributes to the expansion of Statler College’s existing online programs and supports the development of emerging online offerings through structured lead nurturing, enrollment strategy implementation, and student-centered advising practices.
