About The Position

Airbus Canada Limited Partnership is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join their team. This permanent position involves managing the full recruitment cycle for 'Early Career' positions, developing relationships with educational institutions, and implementing continuous improvement projects for recruitment processes. The role requires collaboration with HR partners and business units to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs, particularly for early-career talent. The advisor will also be responsible for developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and supporting the broader Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Requirements

  • Hold a graduate degree (master's level or equivalent) in Human Resources and/or Human Resources Management.
  • Have two (2) years of experience in a similar role within an international company.
  • Bilingualism: French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships.
  • Strong command and knowledge of the Workday platform.
  • Proficient with the Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets, and able to create files for generating statistics, dashboards and following KPIs.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and capable of planning and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate initiative and judgment.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where the work rhythm is quick and often interrupted.
  • Availability for frequent local travel related to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and schools for internship programs or other activities in accordance with global or local partnership agreements.
  • Identify, evaluate, propose, and implement continuous improvement projects for recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with Airbus 'Early Career' teams to ensure alignment with global programs and initiatives such as VIE, AGGP.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and various business units/sectors to understand the future needs of the organization and translate business strategy into early career human capital needs.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Marketing Specialist to plan and participate in different recruitment events such as job fairs, networking events, and school events.
  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle for all 'Early Career' positions (posting, resume screening, interviews, debriefs, and offers) including managing internship cycles.
  • Develop and implement initiatives aimed at the intern experience, including onboarding, engagement sessions/programs (in collaboration with the local onboarding focal point), and preparation for program exits and transitions to permanent roles.
  • Work closely with the Employer Branding Specialist to align the complete planning cycle of campus programs and initiatives to generate interest in Airbus, particularly for our internship programs, ensuring that inclusion and diversity initiatives are embedded into the strategy; including alignment on identified target schools (universities and technical schools).
  • Develop and provide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall effectiveness of the different programs and recruitment processes.
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team.
