Ivy Tech Community College – Bloomington is looking for an individual to join their team as a Recruitment, Admissions, & Cohort Programs Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for the Office of Recruitment, Admissions, & Cohort Programs. This role serves as a welcoming first point of contact for prospective and current students, families, and campus visitors while assisting with recruitment events, campus tours, appointment scheduling, student records, and daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others in a fast-paced, student-focused environment. Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills are essential. This is a full time hourly position with an hourly rate range of $16-$18 depending on education and experience. Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Occasional evenings required. BASIC FUNCTION AND PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Recruitment, Admissions, & Cohort Programs Assistant supports the Office of Recruitment, Admission, & Cohort Programs by providing a professional, helpful, welcoming atmosphere and positive attitude for faculty, staff, students, families, callers, and visitors of the campus. This position provides support for the general, day-to-day administrative, operational and clerical tasks as well as assisting with recruitment-related events and activities.
