This temporary position is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Office of Recruitment and Admissions. The role involves answering telephones, greeting visitors, providing general information about college admissions policies and procedures, coordinating meetings, maintaining files, preparing correspondence, and supporting the Director for daily operations and other admission and recruiting functions. The position also includes processing Student ID cards, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and scanning/indexing admissions documents.
