About The Position

Our client is an established European technology recruitment and staffing firm. While the organization offers a range of talent solutions, this position is focused specifically on growing its U.S. IT contract staffing business. Backed by a successful international operation, the company is expanding its presence in the United States and is seeking experienced business development professionals to help build and grow its U.S. IT contract staffing practice. This is an opportunity to join an established organization while helping shape the next phase of its international growth. We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of selling IT contract staffing and staff augmentation services into enterprise and mid-market organizations. The ideal candidate has an established network of technology hiring managers, procurement teams, MSP/VMS programs, and talent acquisition leaders, along with a transferable book of business capable of generating contract staffing opportunities from day one. While this role will initially operate as a full desk (business development and recruiting), the long-term objective is to transition into a business development-focused position as dedicated recruiting resources are added to support the continued growth of the U.S. business. This position is focused almost exclusively on contract and temporary IT staffing. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to permanent/direct-hire recruiting will not be the right fit.
