About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking an energetic, outgoing professional to join their team as a Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator. The coordinator will be the face and voice of the company, building relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask, is compassionate, highly attentive, resourceful, and has a sharp eye for compliance, including tracking expirations, paperwork, and care notes. This position requires some on-call duties due to the company's 24/7 operations and offers opportunities for advancement and growth within the company.
