About The Position
Soccer Shots LI West is growing across Long Island and South Florida, with new sports programs launching next year. The Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator will lead recruiting, onboarding, and workforce operations across multiple markets. The role supports expansion into new sports programs and coordinates communication across departments.

Responsibilities
- Lead hiring for coaches, interns, volunteers, virtual assistants, and full-time staff.
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring pipelines.
- Run onboarding, training, evaluations, and retention processes.
- Handle corrective actions and dismissals professionally.
- Manage workflows using Indeed, CareerPlug, Monday.com, and Connecteam.
- Support expansion into new sports programs.
- Coordinate communication across departments.
