About The Position
Soccer Shots LI West is growing across Long Island and South Florida and plans to launch new sports programs. The Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator will lead recruiting, onboarding, and workforce operations across multiple markets, support expansion into new sports, and coordinate communication across departments. The role includes managing hiring workflows and supporting the development and retention of staff, coaches, interns, and volunteers.

Responsibilities
- Lead hiring for coaches, interns, volunteers, virtual assistants, and full-time staff.
- Manage job postings, sourcing, interviews, and candidate pipelines.
- Run onboarding, training, evaluations, and retention processes.
- Handle corrective actions and dismissals professionally.
- Manage workflows in Indeed, CareerPlug, Monday.com, and Connecteam.
- Support expansion into new sports programs.
- Coordinate communication across departments.
