About The Position

Join our Human Resources team as a Recruiting Specialist and play a vital role in building our organization's talent pipeline. In this hybrid role, you'll manage the administrative and operational side of our recruiting process for both production and corporate locations. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources-related position
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent demonstrated skills and experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite or related software
  • Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn HRIS systems (such as UKG)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with integrity, professionalism, and strict confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience recruiting for production or manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with department managers to understand position requirements, duties, and desired qualifications for vacant roles
  • Partner with recruiters to identify and screen potential candidates for production and corporate positions
  • Assist with candidate qualification decisions and facilitate connections between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment assessments
  • Attend job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking opportunities to build talent pipelines
  • Follow up with hiring managers post-interview to determine placement outcomes and collect feedback on unsuccessful candidates
  • Coordinate the onboarding process with hiring teams at offsite and production locations
  • Retrieve and organize candidate information from records, emails, and related documents as requested
  • Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new corporate employees
  • Respond to and manage unemployment claims
  • Provide backup support to Sales Operations recruiting as needed
  • Code new hires into UKG and ensure all onboarding documents are obtained and filed electronically in personnel files
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned
